Amakara means "sweet and salty" in Japanese.
It is also the title of a Japanese culinary magazine from the 1950s with beautiful and delicate covers that Mariko and Emmanuel, her photographer husband, have collected.
From Osaka, Japan, always passionate about food, Mariko offers simple, and healthy food inspired by her culture. Mainly based on seasonal, and organic vegetables, coming from l'USINE's garden when possible. She adds her inspiration, energy and passion.

Amakara, is a real table d'hôtes, like home, when you have some friends for dinner and want to share a moment of joy.
It takes place every Friday evening in the greenhouse or in "les guichets" depending on the weather.
